Office prices to go up, occupancy stagnate in 2004
Overall property prices in Hungary will rise more rapidly in the next 12 months than had been expected, but the office space market will show no dramatic growth after EU accession.This is the main finding of the latest joint survey by GKI Economic Research Institute Rt and Wallis Real Estate Rt, announced last Wednesday.
